Workshop 3 Textiles 2.0 : Circular Knitic

Varvara & Mar (EE/ES)

Circular Knitic is an open source circular and automated knitting machine. Varvara & Mar  designed it using the most accessible ways of digital fabrication : 3D printing and laser cutting. Their goal was to integrate the fabrication of textile in the maker culture. In several hours, build a machine with the artists and accompany them on Thursday the 12th of October during the public presentation for the Nuit Textiles 2.0 at the Diapason.

Circular Knitic is laureate of the 2016 international open call for projects launched by Electroni[k].
