La Grande Histoire du Dessin Sans Fin

Elly Oldman (FR)

A giant interactive fresco

It all began in the spring of 2017 with a crazy idea by the young illustrator from Rennes, Elly Oldman: trapped in her bed after an accident, she embarked on the creation of an endless drawing on Instagram: @theinfinitedrawing

In a graphic style of her own, she displays all her creativity and overflowing imagination. 200 publications, 15 metres of drawings and 18,000 followers later, she imagines with Electroni[k] the creation of an interactive, giant and evolving fresco, to be discovered in drawings but also in augmented reality!

Through this exhibition project, named after The Great Story of the Endless Drawing, presented in its entirety on the wall and in the form of a giant puzzle on the floor, Elly Oldman tells us a crazy and incredible tale, against a backdrop of ecological and environmental considerations.
