Brussels-based artist from Rennes, Joanie Lemercier explores digital technologies to create spectacular immersive devices. Her installations invite contemplation, a poetic look at the world and, in recent years, a political look that highlights the fragility of our environment. Since the realization of her first mappings in 2005 in the flats of the historic centre of Rennes, and the audiovisual installation presented in situ at the Parliament of Brittany « La Mort de Du Guesclin » in 2009, Joanie Lemercier has a privileged relationship with the Electroni[k] association.
