Tristan Ménez is a visual artist working in the field of Art/Science relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Art and Technology from the University of Rennes 2. Between Op’art and Kinetic Art, he questions through his experiments on vibratory waves, sound and light, our perception of movement, time and space. In connection with Le Bon Accueil, a place of sound art, he creates an installation in homage to the experience Les cordes de Melde. His investigations on sound inspired by scientific experiments of the 19th century orient his work on the vibratory waves associated with the contact of water and thus creates the installation Bloom, prefiguration of his next piece Pulse.
