Tristan Ménez is a visual artist working in the field of Art/Science relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Art and Technology from the University of Rennes 2. Between Op’art and Kinetic Art, he questions through his experiments on vibratory waves, sound and light, our perception of movement, time and space. In connection with Le Bon Accueil, a place of sound art, he creates an installation in homage to the experience Les cordes de Melde. His investigations into sound, inspired by 19th-century scientific experiments, led him to focus on the vibratory waves associated with water contact, creating Bloom and Pulse installations. In 2021, in collaboration with musician Benjamin Le Baron, he will create the Instabilités project, illustrating the links between the infinitely small and the infinitely large.
