Born in Geneva in 1980, Yannick Jacquet lives and works in Brussels. A video maker and visual artist, his work has been presented in contemporary art events, museums and galleries in Paris, Moscow, Tokyo, Brussels, Montreal and Taiwan. He received the Tech Award at the Design Week in Milan and the Collectors’ Award at the Slick Art Fair in Brussels. He is one of the founders of the AntiVJ label. His regular collaborations with numerous artists have led him to the creation of Mécaniques Discursives with the engraver Fred Penelle.
