Jardin du Palais Saint-Georges

The Saint-Georges garden, designed by the architect Pierre Corbineau, is a small formal garden in the Thabor district. Visible from the station and Avenue Janvier, it offers a magnificent floral painting with a sumptuous 17th century palace in the background. It was built at the instigation of the abbess Magdelaine de La Fayette.

The romantic garden is a pleasant place to have lunch or read in the shade. Some children’s games are also hidden in the upper part.
