In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, known as the “Informatique et liberté” law, Electroni[k] has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (C.N.I.L).

In accordance with articles 39 and following of law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 “Informatique et libertés”, the User may obtain the communication and, if necessary, rectification or deletion of information concerning him/her. To do so, the User must make a written request by e-mail to communication [at] electroni-k.org.
