The French folk high priestess Emmanuelle Parrenin and the German electro musician Detlef Weinrich sign with Jours de grève, an album in freedom combining superbly a true taste of adventure and a sense of purity. The regretted Ghedalia Tazartes and the saxophonist Quentin Rollet are adding their touch to this experimental electro-folk album.
Founding member of the post-krautrock band Kreidler and author of several remarkable solo records under the pseudonym of Tolouse Low Trax, Detlef Weinrich evolves at the forefront of Germanic electronics, and comes to give rhythm to this unexpected meeting.

Detlef Weinrich evolves at the forefront of Germanic electronic music. Making the split between muffled bass lines and minimalism, the tracks of Tolouse Low Trax, accompanied by hypnotic percussions with slow tempo, betray a strong kinship with the synthetic avant-garde of the end of the 70s.
Quentin Rollet

Quentin Rollet started playing the alto saxophone at the age of 11 and the sopranino saxophone at 37. After a few years spent unlearning the teaching of the conservatory, he devoted himself to free improvisation.
