Founding member of the very good post-Krautrock band Kreidler, author of several remarkable solo records under the pseudonym of Tolouse Low Trax, Detlef Weinrich evolves at the forefront of the German electronic scene. He also works within the Salon des amateurs, based in Düsseldorf.
Making the split between muffled bass lines and minimalism, the tracks of Tolouse Low Trax, accompanied by hypnotic percussions with slow tempo, betray a strong kinship with the synthetic avant-garde of the end of the 70s.
