Two musicians from different worlds – one from classical music, the other from electronic music – meet in a park where their children play. A fertile exchange around the keyboard, the organic and the electronic began.
After a first track, les enfants sauvages, they continue their collaboration around Björn’s “open and nomadic” piano, associated with Pavane’s modular synthesizers, and create together a space for improvisation and play.
Björn Gottschall is a German pianist and composer who makes his instrument mobile and takes it outside concert halls, to unusual places in the open air… And harmonizes it with the atmosphere of his different routes.
Pavane is the name of the solo project of Damien Tronchot, an artist from Rennes, who combines classical and electronic music through his approach of piano, synthesizers and sound collage.
