Inspired by the work Kyema by composer Eliane Radigue, Jennifer Aujame offers here a tribute to this woman who was one of the pioneers in electroacoustic music.

Jennifer takes her inspiration from the work to compose her Hatha Yoga sessions. The writing of the postures and what the body language tells us becomes what she has called yogic readings of works.

Completed in 1990, Kyema is a musical adaptation of Bardo Thödol, the Tibetan Book of the Dead. It describes states of consciousness and perceptions during the period from death to rebirth. It is the listening of the intermediate states. Like this period we are going through, the Hatha Yoga session, adapted even to people who would like to be initiated, will accompany us in a form of transformation, of rebirth.
