Guillaume Cousin

Based on the Atlantic coast of Vendée, Guillaume Cousin describes himself as an “experimenter-constructor”. Set designer and lighting designer since 2000, in the field of live performance, the understanding of quantum physics triggers in him the need to produce works outside the stage. In close connection with science, he explores the writing of space and time through immersive installations using fluids, air, water and light as media. Guillaume Cousin’s works deal with the links that man has with the imperceptible, questioning the limits of a collective reality.
