Nuit Électronique
Nuit Électronique brings together new talents, coveted visionaries and emblematic figures who shape the future of electronic music and invite you to dance the night away. The 2022 edition of the Maintenant festival marks the return of the Nuit Électronique. For this occasion, Maintenant will take over the new Antipode – Courrouze district – and will settle in the different spaces offered to it, to offer you an evening rich in auditory and visual experimentations.

S8jfou is a self-taught artist and musician. His music is influenced by Holly Herndon, avant-garde American electro-pop artist and doctor of musical composition.
Simon Lazarus

Simon Lazarus graduated from H.E.A.R. with a double degree in Art & Graphic Design. Having been involved in graffiti since the early 2000s, he is now experimenting with new plastic territories through the use of digital technologies.

Despite his young career, the young English DJ and producer Objekt amazes with his extensive and varied discography, at the crossroads of genres: techno, electronic abstract, jungle. He moves easily between cold atmospheres and house rhythms without either one contradicting the other.

Young British DJ of 26 years, Sherelle is for many the leader of the new generation English rave scene, drunk with breakbeats and ultra-fast tempos. The London artist alternates with a bewildering dexterity, Jungle, Drum’n’Bass, Juke and Footwork.

La Dj Franco-Ghanéenne Pö conçoit des sets bourrés d’énergie solaire qui parcourent des rythmes Afro-Caribéen et Brésiliens à la scène électronique underground d’Afrique de l’Est et du Sud. Entre kuduro, gqom, bouyon et singeli, Pö met tout en œuvre pour vous faire transpirer.
Judgitzu

The ethnomusicologist Julien Hairon, aka Judgitzu, evolves in a futuristic techno universe and is inspired by Singeli, a frenetic music coming from the ghettos of Dar Es Saalam, in Tanzania, which mixes both beats and samples of traditional music.

Prolific artist (La Femme, Forever Pavot, The Cavaliers…) and producer based in Rennes since 2020 (Fiat-Lux studio), Alexis Lumière is a composer of musical themes fed by synthetic melodies from his childhood. On stage, he is a formidable performer: mischievous and with impressive dexterity with his keyboards.
